Summary
The Senior Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of the Account Delivery organization by managing the budgeting and forecasting, invoicing process, analyzing financial data, and develop strategies to improve profitability and financial stability. This position will be required to partner with Account Delivery Operational leaders, Corporate Finance and system teams.

The pay range for this position is $108,400.00 - $154,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Summary
The Senior Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of the Account Delivery organization by managing the budgeting and forecasting, invoicing process, analyzing financial data, and develop strategies to improve profitability and financial stability. This position will be required to partner with Account Delivery Operational leaders, Corporate Finance and system teams.
Your role in our mission
- Manage the annual budget and monthly forecast process, including the preparation of more complex seminars, guidelines, and worksheets for departments to support the short and long term planning process for the business.
- Monitors division and department adherence to approved budget to ensure compliance.
- Assist in financial analysis and planning and make recommendations, as appropriate.
- Coordinates, compiles and presents variance analysis along with conclusions to management on a monthly basis. Makes recommendations for financial planning as appropriate to meet business needs.
- Ensure processes and procedures are documented and reviewed/updated on a regular basis. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field preferred
- Seven or more years of finance or accounting experience
- Experience working with accounting principles and accounting software and databases
- Experience working with financial analysis
What you should expect in this role
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

- New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.
- Company provided computer for work use.
- For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload . Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
