Job Details

The Project Coordinator, key requirements will be as follows:Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formatting, Graphing), also MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Word Some Experience with QuickBase helpfulFamiliarity with SharePoint (Adding Site Content, Editing Views, Checking Permissions) Basic PC setup (to be able to setup meeting rooms for design reviews)Ability to work flexible work hours, including overtime when business needs dictatesExcellent written and verbal skills, with an eye for detail, and the ability to work independentlyExperience in resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last minute changes with competing priorities. Engineering Oriented Work Environment preferred
