Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-facing Functional Architect with deep subject matter expertise in Oracle Source to Pay Cloud. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor in our client engagements, responsible for leading discovery workshops, analyzing business requirements, and designing robust and scalable solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Oracle Source to Pay. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Requirements Analysis: Lead client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements related to Source to Pay lifecycle management, including procurement & payable processes.
  • Solution Design & Configuration: Translate business requirements into a functional design document. Architect and configure the Oracle Source to Pay Cloud application to meet client needs, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Advisory & Strategy: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on best-in-class source to pay business models and how to optimize their use of the Oracle Cloud platform.
  • Implementation Leadership: Guide the technical team in the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies. Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Sales & Presales Support: Assist in presales activities, including the preparation of proposals, statements of work, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants, helping them grow their expertise in Oracle Source to Pay.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience with Oracle applications, with at least 5 years focused on implementing and configuring Oracle Source to Pay Cloud.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of core Source to Pay processes, including:

  • Oracle Fusion Purchasing
  • Oracle Fusion Sourcing
  • Oracle Fusion Supplier Portal
  • Oracle Fusion Procurement Contracts
  • Oracle Fusion Self-Service Procurement

Payables Standard Sub-Modules:

  • Oracle Fusion Payables
  • Payment Processing
  • Invoice Processing
  • Invoice Matching and Validation

  • Client Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage client relationships, conduct effective workshops, and present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address client challenges.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud implementation certifications, specifically in Source to Pay .
  • Experience with integrations to billing and ERP systems.
