Job Details
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our North American Recruiting team. The role will focus on offer processing, offer letter preparation, Workday transactions, interview scheduling, and candidate management.
This role is an integral part of the team, serving as a primary point of contact for candidates and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process temporary and permanent hires by creating offer letters, sending through Workday, completing onboarding steps, and coordinating with HR.
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews and related logistics (video conferences, office visits, phone screens, debrief meetings).
- Provide timely and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Manage candidate activity including CV tracking, scheduling, and offer processing.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure smooth processes and positive candidate experience.
- Perform other recruitment support duties and projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience supporting a recruiting function or in an executive assistant role in a fast-paced environment.
- Workday experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience in professional services (consulting, financial services, etc.) is a plus.
- Prior exposure to ADA compliance, HR policies, or recruiting regulations is an advantage.
