AE Business Solutions is seeking an experienced help desk technician to take on a long-term contract position in Madison! The successful help desk candidate will have experience in windows environments, ITIL/ITSM, and will be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software.
*All candidates MUST have at least 6 years' professional Help Desk experience, ITSM and ITIL experience, and be willing to work 100% onsite in Madison.
