Job Title: IT Infrastructure Project Manager
Summary
We're seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee and optimize IT technical operations, ensuring stability, scalability, and efficiency across our infrastructure environment. This role will lead critical infrastructure initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and keep our systems secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or IT operations leadership.
- Strong technical background across servers, networks, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects and ensure operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence across teams.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices or infrastructure service management frameworks.
Nice to Have:
- Project management experience (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices, monitoring tools, and disaster recovery planning.
Work Site: Ann Arbor, MI - Onsite
