RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in West Des Moines, IA that is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead.
Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team and drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, guiding a team of developers and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, fostering collaboration and innovation
* Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect solutions aligned with business needs
* Design and build solutions using Salesforce capabilities, including declarative tools, Apex, Lightning components, and integrations
* Implement data integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems
* Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables
* Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends, recommending new features and enhancements
* Support Agile methodologies through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews
* Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture and development strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions
* Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application stability and performance
* Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using industry best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
* Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Technical Architect, System Architect) strongly preferred
* Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams
* Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality
* Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps
* Passion for innovation and continuous learning in Salesforce technologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
