We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition to a robust CRM platform, enabling enhanced customer engagement and operational efficiency. The Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and system requirements while managing project delivery activities. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external consultants to ensure successful implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Services, and Customer Insights.

Responsibilities



  • Define and drive the CRM implementation strategy in alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead and facilitate requirement-gathering sessions focused on Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities.

  • Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, scope, and deliverables, reporting progress to leadership.

  • Act as the liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for CRM processes, data models, and configurations.

  • Assist in the configuration and customization of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

  • Manage changes in scope using structured change control processes.

  • Lead UAT and QA testing efforts to validate solution quality.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

  • Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to operations/support teams.

  • Maintain a requirement traceability matrix.

  • Conduct gap analysis between current workflows and Dynamics 365 capabilities.

  • Create mockups, wireframes, and process flows for design and stakeholder review.

  • Document data migration strategies, integrations, and role-based security configurations.

  • Review and validate technical design, test plans, and training materials.

  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

  • Gather and consolidate end-user feedback for system optimization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis or project management.

  • At least 3 years of direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM processes including lead/opportunity management, segmentation, and case tracking.

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.).

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools and process documentation.

  • Experience with data migration, integration, and user training preferred.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a strong plus.


Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $70-80/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
