Role: Portal Developer
Location: Remote (with monthly onsite travel to Middletown, PA)
Work Arrangement:
Primarily remote; must attend onsite meetings in Middletown, PA one week per month as scheduled.
Must be able to reach the client site within 3 hours in case of emergencies.
Onsite orientation (full-day) is mandatory for equipment pickup no reimbursement for related travel costs.
Must be available onsite for scheduled implementations or critical system issues, with prior notice.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and test Power Pages self-service portals using Agile methodologies.
Create technical tasks, unit test cases, and scripts in Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with leads and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Define integration requirements with Dynamics 365 CE, ChatBOTs, SAP, Contact Center apps, and payment gateways.
Promote user adoption and support change management strategies.
Provide ongoing support and optimization of solutions.
Lead and participate in technical activities and ensure full knowledge transfer.
Adhere to client standards, policies, and security protocols.
Required Experience:
5+ years with Power Platform; 3+ years specifically with Power Pages.
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Liquid Templates.
2+ years in front-end web development, with a human-centered design approach.
Understanding of Contact Center solutions, mobile apps, and portal architectures.
Advanced integration experience with back-office systems and payment platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Azure DevOps Testing Module.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
SAP project experience and familiarity with ITIL/ITSM.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
Ability to lead and work independently in cross-functional teams.

Education:
Bachelor's in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Equivalent experience may be considered.
