We are seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, with a primary focus on Finance and Oracle Projects. This role will provide technical development, manage customizations and extensions, and support the upgrade from R12.2.10 to R12.2.15. The successful candidate will work closely with business users and IT teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical development and support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, primarily Finance and Oracle Projects.
  • Support, remediate, and validate customizations, extensions, workflows, and integrations within EBS.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional and technical requirements, creating specification documents that meet their needs.
  • Complete all required Change Management tasks and adhere to SOX control requirements, if applicable.
  • Apply industry-standard project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize available resources to acquire business knowledge and deliver business expertise solutions.
  • Track deliverables, provide reporting, and communicate progress to management.
  • Work closely with Oracle Support to resolve technical issues and identify feasible solutions.
  • Participate in the upgrade of Oracle EBS from R12.2.10 to R12.2.15.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business personnel to ensure smooth system implementation and upgrade activities.
  • Work effectively in a multi-developer team environment, providing technical guidance when needed.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Oracle Database, EBS, BI Publisher, SQL/PLSQL, and workflow development.
  • Perform onsite work Monday through Friday, with up to 10% travel, if required.




qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10+ years of relevant industry/technical experience.


5+ years of techno-functional experience with Oracle Projects modules: Project Costing, Accounting, Billing, and integrations with Inventory, EAM, OTL, Fixed Assets, and AP.


5+ years of experience with the Oracle EBS data model.


Strong SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflow development skills.


Experience with Oracle Database 19c or higher.


Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12.2.x customizations and extensions.


Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in a team environment.
