We are looking for a skilled Project/Program Manager to coordinate and lead cross-functional technical projects in a high-impact office-based role. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing complex programs, driving successful execution, and communicating effectively across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects and develop detailed plans to achieve milestones.
Oversee technical integration and execution across departments.
Present proposals, findings, and reports to stakeholders.
Recruit, direct, and evaluate team members, ensuring development and competence.
Analyze technology, resource requirements, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
Collaborate with management and technical teams to define project scope and procedures.
Review and approve contracts and cost estimates.
Work Environment:
Office-based work environment with frequent team interaction.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant project/program management experience.
Candidates with a Master s or PhD are welcome, but must meet the 5-year experience requirement.
PMI or PMP certification preferred (not mandatory).
Technical Skills:
Required:
Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and cost management.
Strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methodology knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
Preferred:
Knowledge of supply chain management and ERP systems.
