WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

• Develops, builds, designs, and deploys business solutions, while maintaining advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
• Develops and executes database queries and performs and documents data analysis, data validation, data mapping, design, produce data samples, prototypes and produce ad-hoc reports.
• Obtain and analyze data by accessing multiple sources and data warehouses.
• Demonstrate strong SQL skills to enable agile data analysis and data preparation for front end BI implementation.
• Maintains business intelligence models to design, develop and generate both standard, ad-hoc reports, and automated reports
• Streamline report generation and provide business leaders with resources to enable informed decision making, including self-service tools that enable users to analyze data through many business dimensions with visibility to granular and historical data
• Identifies and resolves data reporting issues in a timely fashion, while looking for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoots and performs root cause analysis on systems issues, across platforms and systems to ensure quick service restoration of problems
• Coordinates with Business Analysts and customers to develop and define business requirements and specifications documents for defined problems; coordinates business plan for achieving desired outcomes, while having an understanding of department objectives
• Partners with the BI Lead in developing and executing project plans within the assigned schedule and timeline

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelor's degree or relevant years of experience
• Experience working as a BI Developer providing advanced Business Intelligence solutions.
• Strong experience working with BI and Data tools including: SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Analysis for Office, PowerPivot, Snowflake, SAP Hana, and Alteryx
• Proficient in Project Management, relationship building, problem solving, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Basic Knowledge of SharePoint
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
