Job Details

 

  1. Documentum Administrator:This role is the technical lead for the Documentum platform. Leads the administration and maintenance of the on-premises/Cloud Documentum and Documentum D2 platforms and migration of the Documentum to the cloud platforms (Azure). Key responsibilities include managing upgrades, patches, security compliance, migration to the cloud and disaster recovery. Works closely with federal solution architects on management and Architecture of Documentum environment. Develops scripts as needed. The contractor should have 3 years of experience as an Administrator. Experience of migrating Documentum applications and infrastructure to Azure is required.
  2. The Enterprise Document Management Administrator provides competent leadership in the administration and maintenance of enterprise document management systemsand applications in compliance with the organization's policy and guidance of documents. Other responsibilities include the following:  
  3. May lead and/or prepare technical seminars and presentations. 
  4. Govern the management of electronic documents through monitoring document management systems (hardware and software). 
  5. Acquires and installs new system content management systems Acts as the technical point of contact with Vendor technical and product management groups tofurther enhance the EDM product suite.  
  6. Serves as a primary point of contact to the EDM vendor’s customer support team(s) and ensures all application patches and system upgrades are planned andcarried out to maximize system availability and performance.  
  7. Shares best practices in the Enterprise Document Management space and provides technical leadership on EDM software by acting as a subject matter expert. 
  8. BA/BS in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience, master’s degree preferred.
  9. Advanced knowledge of networking concepts, object-oriented technology, data warehousing, and relational database engines (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
  10. Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).
