EDiscovery Program Manager
Location: Washington DC

Primary Responsibilities
  • Represent the contractor and team before the Government COR and Case Teams
  • Contractor manager with primary responsibility for all support provided under the contract
  • Provide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise to support the full life cycle management of the resources assigned to the program and contract
  • Notifying the Government of schedule changes, work assignments and coverage, documenting daily tasks, and work location changes
  • Mentor and assist new team members to perform daily tasks
  • Manage client expectations and deliverables
  • Initiate process improvement initiatives and facilitate communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management across internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee and monitor all scheduled system maintenances in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Review system and application logs and related reports to verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
  • Review and report technical assessments to include required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort for any scope project
  • Oversee and monitor the performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS) and network architecture
  • Collaboratively work with the COR and OGovernment Leads to define and execute all reports and other deliverables
  • Provide the Task Lead(s) and COR with cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing tasks, as well as the possible addition of future tasks
  • Responsible for the overall contract performance and quality assurance
  • Provide direct supervision, program control, scheduling, and management of the Contractor personnel

Basic Qualifications
  • Must hold and maintain either TS-SSBI clearance or TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelors' Degree and at least eight years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on major litigation support projects or Masters'/Law Degree and at least 6 years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on litigation projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing and eDiscovery support activities
  • Expert knowledge of litigation support
  • Demonstrated writing, oral communication, and management skills in a contract management environment
  • Able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing them
  • Familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources required
  • Expert user of the Governments office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware and document review platforms

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience coordinating project technical requirements with technical staff and non-technical stakeholders
  • Law degree, technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree preferred
