Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, etc.) in a development or architecture role.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience leading Agile teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Background in microservices architecture or large-scale enterprise systems.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
