Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Workday solution design and architecture across multiple modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, etc.).
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
Provide expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Workday Web Services).
Define Workday data model, security framework, and reporting strategy.
Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business teams to ensure solution integrity.
Conduct impact analysis of Workday releases and recommend best practices for adoption.
Serve as a Workday subject matter expert (SME) and mentor to junior consultants.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and data privacy regulations.
