Location: Hybrid at Laurel, MD (3 days onsite a week)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong ETL and Python skills to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling structured data and have a good understanding of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL workflows for structured data.
Build and automate data pipelines using Python.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across data systems.
Collaborate with analysts and business teams to deliver insights via Power BI dashboards.
Troubleshoot and improve existing data processes for performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Python for data processing and automation.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools and frameworks.
Good understanding of structured data and relational databases (SQL).
Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration best practices.
