What will your day look like? As an IT Help Desk contractor, you will:

• Utilize hardware/software troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Provide exemplary customer service to address inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork to collaborate seamlessly within the team.

You will be a good fit as an IT Help Desk contractor if you have:

• Experience deploying computers using SCCM or Windows Autopilot.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory.
