About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven NetSuite Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS or ERP sales and will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts by promoting NetSuite s cloud-based ERP, CRM, and financial management solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for NetSuite ERP solutions.

  • Develop a strong understanding of clients' business needs and demonstrate how NetSuite can address their challenges.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using outbound and inbound strategies.

  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, and partner teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.

  • Stay current with NetSuite product updates, industry trends, and competitors.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings, as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 3+ years of successful B2B SaaS or ERP sales experience (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of the ERP market and business processes (finance, inventory, CRM, etc.).

  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetSuite certification or prior experience selling NetSuite solutions.

  • Experience working with channel partners and third-party resellers.

  • Understanding of vertical-specific ERP needs (e.g., manufacturing, e-commerce, nonprofits, services).
