Go-To Market Manager, Product Strategy
The Principle Product Readiness-Go-to-Market is responsible for creating Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to support product adoption for digital products and capabilities (Tokenization and Fraud Products). This individual will apply the GTM framework and work across multiple stakeholder groups to drive success and oftentimes problem-solve and create solutions that best support the needs of the ever-changing payments ecosystem. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting product positioning in the market; incorporate marketing strategies; drive the creation of internal and external product education, training, general information, and implementation content to drive adoption, growth and retention. The GTM Manager will also be responsible for utilizing his/her industry, market, and product expertise to proactively educate the DGN organization on market developments, emerging themes, and partnership opportunities. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Global Products GTM.
The GTM Manger will support to a variety of clients, including issuers, merchants, acquirers, digital enablers, and payment providers in a global environment. We are seeking a qualified candidate with GTM experience launching products or technical services in the market, preferably in a global environment. Strong network experience or an issuing/acquiring/banking background is preferred.
What You ll Do
- Lead the creation of Go-to-Market strategies and plans to drive product adoption
- Provide product support to product management and client-facing teams, including but not limited to leading the needs assessment, creation of value proposition, development education and training materials, creation and maintenance of product marketing and implementation collateral
- (e.g. value proposition materials, pitch deck presentations, implementation presentations, Product guides, implementation guides, FAQ s, marketing collateral, etc.)
- Provide communication to client-facing teams on positioning products, education on products, industry trends, exploration and interest
- Understand competitor products and market trends
- Lead and facilitate meetings with key stakeholder groups to gather requirements, gain internal alignment on GTM program development, and ensure executional delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, social sciences, business, marketing, communications or related field
- 6+ years of experience in card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, EMV, mobile technologies, digital payments or related fields
- In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments or related fields, including product management experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects successfully and efficiently.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
- Strong communications skills/ability to collaborate internally and externally at all levels
- Knowledge or experience of key stakeholder function in sales, sales enablement, product marketing, or product management.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Master's degree in information technology, social sciences, business, marketing, communications or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Fintech platforms, start-ups, or related fields
- Payment services experience within Product
- Strong business acumen while still having technical expertise
- Go to the market experience
