Job Title: Java Developer
Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team onsite in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot, with hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services including ECS and Lambda. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and robust applications.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java
Experience with Spring Boot for building RESTful APIs and microservices
Proficiency in AWS services including:
- ECS (Elastic Container Service)
- Lambda
Solid understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment

Nice to Have:

Experience with Python (for scripting or supplementary development tasks)

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
4+ years of professional experience in Java-based backend development
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
