Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with senior analysts and other stakeholders to gather, clean, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. You’ll help build reports, visualize data trends, and generate insights to improve operational efficiency and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources
• Assist in analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Support data quality initiatives by identifying and resolving data inconsistencies
• Work with business units to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
• Document data processes and analytics findings for transparency and reuse
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data infrastructure
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in forecasting and performance analysis

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (internships or coursework projects count)

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
• Familiarity with SQL for querying databases
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus
• Understanding of statistics and data modeling concepts
