Data Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Product Manager in the SLC area to help with initiatives on their team. This person must have banking experience in order to be considered for the position. Additionally, this is a hybrid position.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Banking/Finance experience
* Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS
* API understanding
* Expertise in Data Literacy(data concepts, databases, data ingestion pipelines & data analysis)
* Significant experience in Product Management with proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap
* Significant experience in Project Management with proven track record to manage project plans, meeting key milestone dates, and delivering overall plan
* Strong experience maintaining a compliant product and effectively integrate compliance requirements into business, operational, technological, data, and financial components
* Knowledge and experience in the application of regulatory practices in a digital banking environment
* Understanding of evolving banking, data privacy, accounting, and financial compliance and regulatory requirements and environment
* Good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen and experience working with third parties
* Ability to break down a complex problem into components, and provide recommendations with transparency and integrity
* Skilled at working with cross functional teams - engineering, compliance, marketing
* Data Literacy - Understanding Data concepts, databases, data ingestion pipelines & data analysis
* SQL Proficiency - Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction & analysis
* API Understanding - Knowledge of API's & integrations of data sourcing & data sharing
* Basic Programming Skills - e.g. basic understanding about JSON/XML; Python
* Strong Analytics & Problem-solving skills
* Finance/Banking Domain knowledge
* Familiarity with Cloud Platform (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
* Experience working with data engineering & analytics teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
