Description: Our client is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for a permanent/direct hire position based in the Malvern, PA area.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Provide financial support for analytics and modeling.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate pricing requests.
- Analyze financial data, provide forecasting and reporting support, and assist in developing automated financial reporting/forecasting tools.
- Support RFI and RFP submissions as needed.
- Oversee projects related to the finance group as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (higher degrees are advantageous).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, including financial modeling.
- Previous experience in a financial planning and analysis role is required.
- Proficiency in budgeting, planning, and variance analysis.
- Familiarity with financial management tools and data analysis tools such as Power BI.
- Experience managing small projects related to financial planning and analysis.
- Experience with market research, business analysis, project management, and business development.
- Exceptional proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
