Location: Ashburn, VA

Job Description
We are hiring two Data Center Leads for a short-term project in Ashburn, VA. This role involves leading structured cabling teams, overseeing server and switch installations, and ensuring quality and documentation compliance. It is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong technical skills and the ability to manage project milestones in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
We are hiring two Data Center Leads for a short-term project in Ashburn, VA. This role involves leading structured cabling teams, overseeing server and switch installations, and ensuring quality and documentation compliance. It is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong technical skills and the ability to manage project milestones in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate structured cabling teams (Cat5/Cat6, fiber).
- Oversee installation of servers, switches, and uplinks.
- Perform cable testing, labeling, and QA/QC cleanup.
- Ensure documentation standards are met.
- Support hardware setup and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Experience in data center operations and structured cabling.
- Ability to read cabling diagrams and rack elevations.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Must bring own tools (drill, screwdrivers) and wear safety-toed boots.
