Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Join our team as a Business Systems Analyst and play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling an existing product that detects fraud over the phone. This role will significantly contribute to increasing fraud savings and protecting our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with the product, its usage, and future direction
- Understand the architecture and all APIs used within our client's location and on the product side
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive integration
- Write user stories and work in a dynamic, fast-paced SAFe agile environment
Skills Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of Inner and Outer APIs
- Agile experience and story-writing skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage ones time
Education:
- No specific degree requirement - relevant work experience is suitable
