Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Join our team as a Business Systems Analyst and play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling an existing product that detects fraud over the phone. This role will significantly contribute to increasing fraud savings and protecting our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with the product, its usage, and future direction
• Understand the architecture and all APIs used within our client's location and on the product side
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive integration
• Write user stories and work in a dynamic, fast-paced SAFe agile environment

Skills Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Understanding of Inner and Outer APIs
• Agile experience and story-writing skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage ones time

Education:

• No specific degree requirement - relevant work experience is suitable
