Job Details
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce & AI/ML Architect with a strong background in Python-based machine learning, Salesforce architecture, and cloud-native integrations. This strategic role is responsible for designing scalable, intelligent systems that bridge CRM with AI capabilities to drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Salesforce solutions integrated with AI/ML models.
- Define best practices for Salesforce custom development, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
- Build and deploy AI/ML models in Python for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation.
- Work closely with data engineers and Salesforce developers to design end-to-end intelligent workflows.
- Architect scalable pipelines for data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design Salesforce Einstein AI and external AI model integrations for marketing, service, and sales use cases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI/ML use cases aligned with CRM strategy.
- Ensure compliance, data privacy, and governance standards in all AI/ML and CRM implementations.
- Mentor development teams and establish enterprise standards for architecture and implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and custom development.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python for AI/ML, including libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Einstein.
- Proven experience with API-first architecture, integration frameworks, and data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong understanding of ML Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into Salesforce flows, triggers, or via Heroku/AWS Lambda.
- Excellent knowledge of data architecture, feature engineering, and model explainability in regulated environments.
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect preferred).
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Einstein GPT/AI, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Salesforce Prompt Builder.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI models.
- Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience in healthcare, finance, or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus.
