MW Partners is currently seeking a Project Manager/ Business Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Job description:
Duties
- Successfully provisions and delivers products to customers
- Focused attention and analysis on customer requests to ensure fulfillment and responses are accurate and supportable
- Identify ways to improve processes and effectively provide the best customer experience
- Write and execute test plans and analyze results
- Report bugs and work with the development team on the resolution
- Triage issues and analysis to determine the next steps
- Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
Skills
What you need to succeed
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication and time management
- Ability to think and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with product testing and delivery of a new product. (UAT)
- Detailed-oriented and thorough.
- Be a self-starter who thrives on asking thoughtful questions and connecting the dots
- Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat)
Nice to have skills
- Experience with Visio and Jira a plus
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Knowledgeable about the subscription business model
