Role: Organization Change Management (OCM) Lead
Location: Austin, Texas (100% onsite expected)
Contract W2
Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support transformation within the HR organization particularly focusing on enabling adoption of new on-demand platforms and future-proofing change strategies.
Top Priorities:
- Develop OCM strategy and framework
- Execute change planning tailored by employee personas
- Drive stakeholder adoption and minimize resistance
- Lead communication and training initiatives
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years OCM leadership experience
- Proven success creating OCM plans, heatmaps, impact assessments, etc.
- Strong understanding of ADKAR/Prosci or similar methodologies
- Experience in large, complex, global organizations
- Strategic communication and influence across all levels
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Proactive and adaptable in ambiguous environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business acumen
- Detail-oriented, structured thinker with high emotional intelligence
- Experience working in cross-cultural, matrixed environments
Certifications & Education:
- ADKAR/Prosci (preferred)
- Bachelor s required; Master s preferred
