Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical projects from inception to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, driving innovation and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale technical projects successfully.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Implement risk management strategies to ensure project quality and adherence to standards.
  • Facilitate collaboration among teams to promote continuous integration and delivery.
  • Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet to track progress and manage tasks.
  • Advocate for agile methodologies and drive their adoption within the organization.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager with a strong track record in managing complex projects.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate project challenges.
  • Expertise in project planning and resource coordination.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in supply chain management or related fields.
  • Familiarity with agile project management practices and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
