ABOUT THE ROLE

Provide ongoing support for monitoring and troubleshooting job failures and performance issues. Collaborate with the IT team to implement changes and enhancements to job schedules. Document and maintain standard operating procedures for job scheduling and monitoring. Perform periodic reviews and support audits to ensure compliance with best practices. Leverage experience in DevOps (CI/CD) and infrastructure automation, including automated pipelines, monitoring, and operations. Provide on-call support for critical issues and incidents as needed. an Junior level developer with prior Tax experience to work with the online team to assist in migrating eForms and WebUpload applications to Angular and Spring boot technology.
