Job Details

We are seeking an Oracle EBS Techno - Functional Consultant. The desired candidate will work as part of the Supply Chain Operations Technology team to process user assistance tickets that require in-depth functional and some technical knowledge and expertise of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

Location: Tennessee

Responsibilities:
* Possesses in-depth Functional and some Technical knowledge and expertise of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in discrete manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules.
* Provide capability to support Warehouse Operations team- SIT, UAT and go live support
* Being able to be onsite for all 5 days a week operating on Warehouse schedule from onboarding up until year end and transition to 3 days a week schedule.
* Regular Work Hours 8 AM to 5 PM.
* Provide technical assistance and solution delivery to Product Team and Operations leadership
* Triage, troubleshoot, and correctly route Oracle application issues transferred to TIER III.
* Create Change Requests as necessary for interim and/or permanent solution as applicable solution.
* Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and provide solutions through configurations and setup changes as and when appropriately authorized.
* Review Technical Design Documents and code to understand and gain knowledge about the functionalities of different EBScomponents.
* Being able to run SQL scripts to be able to understand production issues
* Interact with Assurant Customer and 3rd party teams for IT issue resolution.
* Provide technical support as requested for audit readiness and evaluating internal control processes.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
* Experience investigating, researching, and resolving production issues and performing Root Cause Analysis
* Experience in requirements analysis, solution design, documentation
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
* PL/SQL Development experience and skills
* Basic or Foundational level comprehension of Operations Interface, System Administration functions
