Audit Manager with CPA, GAAP & Budgeting, Planning, and Managing Audit Engagements
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

About the Role
As an Audit Manager, you will lead client audit engagements, manage project budgets, guide and mentor team members, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
This role offers direct client interaction, leadership responsibilities, and career growth opportunities within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple audit engagements for a diverse client base
- Review senior-level and staff work to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support, train, and mentor team members to develop their technical and professional skills
- Assist in budgeting, planning, and managing audit engagements
- Ensure adherence to timelines and proactively communicate potential variances
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and providing advisory support
- Complete a minimum of 40 hours of CPE annually
Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting with progressive audit experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and audit standards
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in accounting and auditing software (CCH Axcess experience a plus)
