Epicor Kinetic Support Analyst

Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Epicor Kinetic ERP Support Analyst to join their team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive technical and functional support for our client's Epicor Kinetic ERP system and its integrated applications. The ideal candidate will combine end-user support expertise with system administration, ensuring alignment with business needs and sustainable system performance. Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for the Epicor Kinetic ERP system, resolving end-user issues to minimize business disruptions.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings, including tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, and conducting periodic access reviews.
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Epicor s reporting tools such as BAQ and SSRS.
• Configure and maintain system modules, settings, and scheduled tasks to meet evolving business requirements and enhance application performance.
• Design, build, and maintain Business Activity Queries (BAQs) to support reporting, analytics, and operational needs across the organization.
• Participate in system and integration testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validating new features or upgrades.
• Document solutions, create user guides, and conduct targeted training sessions to empower users and promote system adoption.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve complex issues, implement system enhancements, and support upgrades and integrations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Epicor Kinetic ERP within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency in ERP user administration, system configuration, and security management.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor reporting tools (BAQ, SSRS) and BPM development.
• Strong understanding of core business processes, including manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration and end-user training.
• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with system upgrades, data migration, and module implementations is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SQL or other scripting languages relevant to Epicor Kinetic is preferred.
• Project management experience and familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions are considered a plus.
