Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- To assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application portfolio optimization for gap analysis
- Creation of solution and architectural views (logical| conceptual| development| execution| infrastructure & operations architecture)
- To study and define system requirements addressing stakeholder| portfolio concerns
- To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new and emerging products/technologies
- To manage Non-Functional Requirement adaptation for the solution
- To contribute towards white/technical papers and the knowledge base
- Mandate- A&D and PCS experience, Discrete Manufacturing in A&D is a mandate
- A&D clients need to be names that build airplanes like Pratt Whitney or Bombardier, etc.
- MBoM, Routing and Shop Floor Execution’s SAP Best Practice
- Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners, fill in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire.
- Based on the answers obtained from the assessment, consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck)

- Production Order Lifecycle (Creation to Confirmation to Goods Receipt) incl. Collective Orders for MTS and MTO with WBS
- External Processing with Subcontracting
- Production Order Kitting
- Goods Issues (batch managed) and Reversals for Production Order
- Rework and Production Order Splitting
- Availability Checking and Shortage reporting
- Integration with PLM systems
- Integration with MES systems
- Functional specification authoring
