We?re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP, Technical Product Specialist and App Delivery to join our Markets Hub team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you?ll make an impact in the following ways:

Lead delivery of real-time market data (LSEG/Refinitiv/Bloomberg), oversee and drive on-time completion of analysis, design, development, testing, and release in partnership with the Product / Platform Managers

Managing Market Data Applications (LSEG/Refinitiv/Reuters/Bloomberg), 3rd Party Websites (Single Dealer Platforms), and FX Post Trade applications (LSEG)

Capturing detailed data flows and documenting downstream consumption

Governing usage against license and sharing restrictions

Manage Product / Platform-specific tech vendor assessment and ensure vendor accountability

Escalate incidents or concerns to the SDG Lead for resolution as needed

Provide thought leadership and support for team of engineers and developers with issues and questions

Provide technical feedback to Product Owners, integrating input across all technical teams (incl. solutions architecture and design)

Collaborate with Engineering Lead to identify opportunities for process improvement where relevant through research and continuous improvement

Manage and track adherence to tech development KPIs, with regular aggregated reporting of progress across Hub

To be successful in this role, we?re seeking the following:

  • 3+ years? experience in managing live market data systems (LSEG/Refinitiv/Bloomberg)
  • Vendor & Relationship Management experience and comprehension of Vendor Licensing and Usage agreements
  • Ability to communicate with technology, operations, architects, key stakeholders, and senior business partners
  • Strong execution skills and ability to navigate the organization to get things done
  • Hands-on technical skills to be able to swiftly identify real-time market data issues or data content problems
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in a systems SCM environment, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
