Job Summary:
The Program Manager will oversee the execution of projects related to GEN AI Testing and Google Cloud Platform Gen AI vision within a hybrid work model.
With 13+ years of experience, the candidate will ensure seamless integration of commercial GEN AI solutions, driving innovation
and efficiency.
The role requires expertise in project management to deliver impactful results during day shifts.

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of GEN AI Testing projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee the deployment of Google Cloud Platform Gen AI vision solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate commercial GEN AI solutions effectively.
Provide strategic direction to project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Facilitate regular meetings with project teams to discuss progress and address challenges.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in GEN AI Testing and Google Cloud Platform Gen AI vision.
Evaluate project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and technology adoption.
Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and teamwork.
