Technology Business Architect

We are seeking a Technology Business Architect to join our IT Strategic Alignment team. This role focuses on aligning business goals with technology strategy, with a strong emphasis on technology vetting, capability mapping, and roadmap development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align business needs with scalable, secure, and customer-centric technology solutions

  • Evaluate and vet technology options; make strategic recommendations

  • Build and maintain business architecture frameworks and IT roadmaps

  • Partner with business stakeholders and BRMs to shape functional plans

  • Support project teams to ensure initiatives meet business objectives

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and present business cases

  • Stay current on emerging technologies and trends

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in business architecture, IT strategy, or related fields

  • Proven experience in vetting and recommending technology solutions

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

  • Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture and IT governance

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred

  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks

  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies

  • Understanding of IT security and compliance

  • Experience supporting engineering or construction domains is a plus
