Job Details

Description
The Network Technician provides network specific operational support and maintenance for the following: IDF closets, routers, switches, UPSs, PDUs, analog / IP based phones, LAN / WAN, and ISP provided circuits. This role participates in configuration and troubleshooting of various Voice and Data connected endpoints all while carrying out daily incident management for staff, projects and break fix requests. The Network Technician operates under supervision and assistance from senior technicians and other engineering staff.
Cisco CLI experience is a must for this position. Ie: logging into a switch or router, making configuration changes, troubleshooting, activating ports, describing ports, all is required knowledge. Additional experience supporting Cisco Call Manager / I.P. based phones is also strongly desired.
Additional responsibilities include traveling to nearby offsite locations, assisting in project deployments, maintaining inventory and performing various IDF maintenance requests. This position requires great listening, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $35.00/hr.
