Job Details

We're seeking a Senior Epic Cross Project Testing Coordinator to drive testing strategy, execution, and go-live readiness for a major Epic install.

This role will oversee planning, execution, and defect management for all Epic modules, third-party systems, and interfaces to ensure a successful go-live.

Must be able to work 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST.

Duration: October 2025 - October 2026.

Travel: May need to travel onsite every 2 months for milestone meetings.

Must be able to work as a W2.

What you'll do
  • Lead and manage overall testing strategy (unit, system, integration, regression, UAT).
  • Coordinate with Epic analysts, IT, and clinical teams to validate workflows.
  • Create and oversee test plans, test cases, and integrated testing cycles.
  • Manage defect tracking, issue resolution, and testing status reporting.
  • Facilitate and support UAT with operational and clinical leaders.
  • Mentor testers and coordinate testing resources across the program.

What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of testing coordination experience in large healthcare IT projects.
  • 3+ years of Epic implementation experience with knowledge of integrated workflows.
  • Strong background in test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
  • Epic certification(s) preferred.
