RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Field Support Technician (Elbow End User Support) to join their team onsite in Cerritos, California (CA).

Summary:
The client is looking for this person to provide hands-on, at-the-elbow support to end users in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is ideal for tech-savvy professionals who excel in face-to-face troubleshooting and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver on-site, at-the-elbow technical support for end users, including hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting
* Assist with device setup, configuration, and deployment (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) as needed
* Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams and follow up to ensure resolution
* Document support activities and maintain accurate records of service requests
* Provide guidance and training to users on basic IT functions and best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of experience in a Field Support or Desktop Support role
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and common enterprise tools
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently
* Athena experience preferred
* Light networking experience is a plus
* Experience supporting users in a corporate or healthcare environment is a plus

Schedule:
* Full-time, on-site

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
