BSA Workday Implementation Consultant

The BSA serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department. BSAs collaborate with both groups to understand business needs, evaluate solutions, and implement systems that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

OneERP Program Focus Areas:

  • Workday modules: HCM, FIN, SCM, AP, Integration, and Data Conversion/Migration
  • UKG Pro WFM implementation support

Core Duties:

  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Build process models to visualize workflows
  • Support testing and implementation of Workday and/or UKG Pro WFM
  • Contribute to large-scale system migration efforts

Required Experience

  • Proven BSA background with functional expertise in one or more of the following:
    • Payroll
    • Human Resources
    • Accounts Payable
    • Finance
    • Supply Chain
  • Experience with Workday and/or UKG Pro WFM implementations
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business, technical, and leadership teams
