Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: OTE: $150,000 (Base Salary + Incentive Bonus)



Position Overview


We are seeking a Products Developer / Systems Analyst to join a remote team supporting a diverse portfolio of ERP-related projects and end-user solutions. This role focuses on working with business stakeholders to analyze needs, develop system solutions, and provide hands-on support and training across multiple ERP-adjacent platforms. The ideal candidate has experience with Infor CSI/Syteline (v10) and is comfortable supporting both project-based development and production support environments.



Key Responsibilities


Project Work



  • Serve as the lead Developer/Systems Analyst, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and internal development teams

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and technical specifications

  • Design and develop custom solutions and enhancements to meet business needs

  • Perform QA planning and testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Lead user training sessions and product workshops

  • Provide go-live and post-production support

  • Follow the complete SDLC lifecycle: analysis, development, QA, UAT, implementation, and support


Production Support (Infor CSI-based Tools)



  • Support EDI, Ecommerce, and OCR customer transaction processes

  • Resolve general user issues and provide technical support for integrated platforms

  • Maintain existing functionality and assist with ongoing improvements



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience as an IT Developer or Systems Analyst

  • Hands-on experience with Infor CSI/Syteline v10 and related integration platforms

  • Strong understanding of EDI, Ecommerce, and OCR integrations for customer order processing

  • Experience with Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and Financial Management modules (finance experience is a plus)

  • Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Development skills in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET (VB) and PL/SQL on Microsoft SQL Server
