RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Communications Specialist III to join their team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
* Develop communication plans and write content that support the overall strategy, reflect the key message and connect to the target audience
* Write and/or partner with content groups, edit, design and distribute content to support the Expert Network; (email, video, blog)
* Manage the communication delivery process and timeline; creating, testing, sending email campaigns
* Proactively engage cross-functionally to understand and support communication requirements and plans
* Assist with the development and maintenance of a year around communication calendar
* Ensure all content aligns with strategy and is consistent with brand identity, voice and tone
REQUIREMENTS:
* B.A. Communications, English, Business, Marketing or related field preferred
* 3-5 years of experience in communications, content design, email marketing, employee engagement or related field
* Excellent writer, editor and content developer
* Experience with email and video creations tools
* Ability to operate at fast pace or against tight deadlines
* Self-starter, proactive
* Ability to apply feedback
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
