Agile Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Agile Scrum Master in Merrimack, NH.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives
* Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
* Agile Scrum Master will support product owners in maintaining a healthy and prioritized product backlog
* Track and communicate team metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
* Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress
* Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align on delivery goals and share best practices
* As an Agile Scrum Master, you will guide teams in Agile maturity and help them adopt a mindset of ownership and accountability
* Support cross-team coordination and dependency management

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
* Experience working in a technology delivery environment
* Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
* Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Jira Align
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to coach teams and influence without authority

Preferred Skills:
* Experience working across multiple Agile teams or large-scale Agile initiatives
* Familiarity with Agile transformation and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Passion for fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture
* Ability to analyze team performance metrics and drive improvements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
