IT Governance Analyst

Location: Richmond, VA

Skill
10 years, Proven experience as a technical lead or similar role leading development teams through full project lifecycle on large-scale projects
10 years, Extensive knowledge of Azure Cloud Services like Azure AppServices, Azure Functions, AzureDevOps, Azure Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Azure A
10 years, Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript)
10 years, Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, and serverless computing
10 years, Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights
10 years, Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases in Azure (e.g., Azure SQL, Cosmos DB).
10 years, Understanding of secure coding practices, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance frameworks like GDPR or ISO
10 years, Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum practices, ceremonies, and iterative development
10 years, Ability to work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and stakeholders
10 years, Experience guiding junior developers, promoting best practices, and maintaining code quality
10 years, Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
10 years, Ability to clearly communicate across distributed teams
10 years, Skill with problem-solving and architectural decision-making
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field strongly desired.
Microsoft certification as DevOps Engineer Expert
Scrum certifications such as SAFe
