Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates must have hands-on expertise in building UI and APIs for IVR applications and strong knowledge of VXML, Java, GAAP, and cloud platforms like Five9 or Genesys.
Rate Range: $45/hour to 60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of core IVR products, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Build and maintain UI and APIs for IVR applications using technologies like VXML, Java, GAAP, SQL, and Groovy.
- Engage in platform migration efforts to cloud-based contact center solutions such as Five9, Microsoft, or Genesys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of voice applications.
- Troubleshoot and optimize voice application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in voice application development and contact center platforms.
- Hands-on experience with VXML, Java, GAAP, SQL, and Groovy for building IVR applications.
- Proven expertise in cloud-based contact center solutions such as Five9, Microsoft, or Genesys, including platform migration.
