As an IAM Control Product Owner for Identity and Access Management, you will play a crucial role in setting up vision, strategy and execution.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can lead the IAM control strategy, while keeping a customer-centric approach.

Define and communicate IAM control product vision, goals, and requirements to senior leadership.
Familiarity with any IAM CCM. Lead the development of IAM controls to ensure the protection of customer data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and roadmap.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and improve existing products.
Ensure that the product meets customer needs and expectations by maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make trade-off decisions based on business value and customer impact.
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
Monitor product performance and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Train and educate internal teams and external customers on new product features and updates.
Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards related to IAM and ensure the product meets these requirements.
Continuously evaluate and improve the product based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use this knowledge to inform product decisions.
