Lead Frontend Angular Engineer

Position Overview: They are looking for an experienced Lead Frontend Angular Engineer to lead the development of frontend applications using Angular. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of frontend developers, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code that meets clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of frontend developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust web applications using Angular
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Drive best practices in frontend development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in frontend development to continually improve processes and tooling

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on Angular
• Proven track record of leading frontend projects from conception to deployment
• Deep understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with state management libraries such as NgRx or Akita
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines)
