responsibilities:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

skills: ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.

Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript (especially Glide API), and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for UI customization.

Workflow & Automation: Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs.

Integration Knowledge: Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for integrating ServiceNow with other systems.

Reporting & Dashboards: Ability to create and manage reports, performance analytics, and dashboards.

Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve platform issues efficiently.

Process Improvement: Skill in analyzing workflows and suggesting automation or optimization.

Data Analysis: Understanding of data structures and ability to interpret system data for insights.

Communication: Clear communication with stakeholders, translating technical details into business language.

Collaboration: Working with developers, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintaining system documentation, internal facing playbooks, user guides, and change logs.
